Day 21: The end.

Wow, 3 weeks on this "cleanse."  At first, I didn't know if I was going to be able to do it all the way through.  But, like I've shared, it became easier and easier, and I actually enjoyed finding new foods and cooking fun, new recipes!

I feel great, my body is happy with me, and I've just found how to love the things that are good for me!

Thanks again to all of you for your support, and for letting me ramble on here so that I could keep myself accountable! :-)

  1. Hey Kelly! I'm trying a cleanse with the following rules:
    - Nothing over than 5 grams of sugar
    - No simple/processed/white carbs
    - 4 proteins, 3 veggies, 2 fruits, 2 grains
    - organic foods with no hormones, pesticides, etc

    It's only the first day, and I'm feeling so tired! I was a lot more addicted to sugar than i realized :( I feel like i'm dragging and need a boost! I'm drinking water and lemon, but i'm thinking maybe some green tea will do the trick.

    I thought i'd check out your blog to see what experiences you had on your cleanse! :)
