Day 14: Two out of three!

Two weeks down!!!  Wow, the time is kinda flying by now.  Compare that to the first few days, when every day seemed like a week! :-)

I'm totally understanding why people say it only takes 3 weeks to form a habit.  This way of eating is becoming natural now.  Tonight, I had a rice cake topped with peanut butter, and it was just as good as any chocolate dessert I used to have!
